The quality of our products must meet all specific requirements, such as legal provisions in force, clients' requests, as well as the food safety rules. Our products are produced and delivered under controlled and constantly checked conditions in order to meet all requirements (product safety, quality, legality, processing and handling processes). We are trying to meet all our collaborators and consumers' expectations.

Our colleagues perform their activity by complying with the regulated production process, hygiene practice, food safety provisions, the environment provisions so that our products can be safely consumed and meet all our customers' expectations.

Our company makes all efforts to maintain its reputation obtained with the quality of our products, with keeping and spreading the quality, with the improvement and continuous freshening of the connection between quality and image. This thing can be made only if each employee of our company is fully responsible. For this, those who participate to the production process are involved in the discussions concerning the changes required for the quality improvement and afterward we evaluate their observations. For the effective performance of the system, each employee has a personal responsibility.

In order to achieve our goals, we need a good communication between employees,the  professional training of employees relevant to the application of the system both in theory and in practice.

The training of our employees is provided by the participation to professional training courses, with the help of which they acquire a comprehensive overview of market requirements and technical and technological innovations. All these form the basis of development.
