To enter into a franchise relationship with Fornetti ROMANIA, you must follow these steps:

  • have established a company;
  • have a space or have the possibility to lease and furnish a suitable space (15-25 m2, positioned in areas with pedestrian traffic or in mega-malls);
  • next step is filling in an application form and resending it to us for analysis.
  • the application analysis takes into account the type of locality, economic potential and the area where the proposed location is situated;
  • we will communicate the outcome of the analysis of your application as soon as possible;
  • if the outcome is favorable, a Fornetti representative will visit you, who will also evaluate the location. Our representative will also make recommendations on decorating and modernizing the location;
  • the next step is signing the FRANCHISE CONTRACT. This legally underlies all Franchisor (Fornetti Romania) and Beneficiary (the company that you own) rights and obligations.

Connect it to a power source of 220V, 16A.
Double ceramic plugs are needed for safe operation of the oven.
It has a consumption of 3 kWh.
With the oven come 15 trays and tongs for removing trays from the oven.


FORNETTI provides product transportation by special refrigerator vehicles, at -18 degrees C. The frequency of supply is 2 times per week.
Product storage does not require special conditions, one or two common cold boxes, which ensure a temperature of -18 degrees C, are sufficient. From our experience, in a 300 liter box 150 kg of FORNETTI products can be stored.

 Our company provides to all its partners a prompt and qualified service for the baking units throughout the contract. Any defects will be corrected within 48 hours of their notification to the area dispatcher. To ensure constant quality of product, our representatives will periodically visit partner outlets.

Our experts design your store suitable furniture on the computer for any geometric configuration of the space you make available. The design takes into account the space’s economic and ergonomic practical application and also the optimal arrangement of equipment needed to process products. The designed furniture can be made either by the Fornetti Company or by a company agreed by you, but in strict compliance with the technical documentation.

Our staff will be available for interior designing, using dominant colors, layout of posters, advertisements and marketing materials.

For small working points located in a shop-in-shop system, Fornetti Romania provides standardized, functional, and small furniture.
